EVALUATION

You will recieve three different grades for this webquest!!

Each platoon (group of 2 students) member will recieve a team grade as well as an individual participation and performance grade.  The final grade will come from a chapter test that will cover the information contained in each platoon's presentataion to the class as well as any additional environemntal topics covered by the commander

 Individual Grade

The individual grade will be worth 50 points total.  This is a chance for an easy grade. This grade will be based on your team member's evaluation of your performance on the team as well as teacher evaluation of your team involvement.  The individual grade will be based on the following items of individual assessment:

     Note: any problem with the assessment facators (bulleted                  above) may result in an individual grade of 0 !!

        Team Grade

The team grade will be worth 200 points total.  It will based upon the following rubric.  The team grade will taken from the platoon paper evaluation as well as from their presentation evaluation.  The quality 
of the researchn is very important to your grade.

 Test Grade

All members of the company will be given a test that covers all the material presented in each platoon's presentation as well as any additional material presented by the commander on environmental issues.  Each private should take notes during the platoon presentations if they are not handed out during the presentation.  The test will be short answer and multiple choice with one essay question pertaining to the reserach done by your platoon.
